The State Department has approved a plan to allow Canadian company Enbridge to greatly increase the amount of dirty tar sands oil it brings into the U.S. through the Alberta Clipper pipeline, without conducting an environmental review. Urge Secretary of State John Kerry to block the reckless plan.
