My opinion: The Brookings article below is a classic example showing that we just don’t get it on Climate Change. It is serious, devastatingly so. Yet we continue to discuss minimal changes and debate the corresponding financial consequences like it is some under graduate research project. It is like “having a meeting on the Titanic to discuss how best to arrange the deck chairs in order to keep the ship afloat”.
WE NEED TO WAKE UP AND MOVE TO RENEWABLE ENERGY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND STOP TALKING ABOUT CLEAN COAL, NATURAL GAS AND OTHER MYTHS OF THE CARBON INDUSTRIES.
